After crawling a site with cewl, use rsmangler to add variations for each existing wordlist item. By default, all variation options are used, which takes a significant amount of time. To significantly improve generation speed, turn off permutations by adding the --perms switch (IIRC). And yes, specifying an option turns off the corresponding variation.
