I have not fully consumed any of the following except BenEater’s YouTube playlist. That said, reading books is not necessarily the best way to learn networking. Like all things cyber security, I would just recommend “learning by doing,” like doing labs on TryHackMe, or code something and Google/ChatGPT what you don’t understand/know.
